Our configurator makes it easy to specify exactly what you need.
Set Dimensions
Enter width and height in millimeters. We cut from 50mm up to full sheet size (3000mm × 2000mm).
Choose Material
Select acrylic or polycarbonate, thickness (3mm to 10mm), and color (clear, white, black, frosted).
Add Holes & Cutouts
Click on the preview to place circular holes (taps, mounting points) or rectangular cutouts (power outlets, corners).
Select Edge Finishing
Choose which edges get diamond-polished for a crystal-clear finish. Perfect for visible edges on shelves.
We Cut & Polish
Your design goes to our local partner in your city for precision cutting.
CNC Precision
Computer-controlled cutting to ±0.5mm accuracy. All edges smooth and square.
Edge Polishing
Selected edges go through diamond polishing for glass-like clarity and smooth finish.
Quality Inspection
Every piece checked for dimensional accuracy, edge quality, and surface defects.

Common Questions
What's the minimum order size?
No minimum! We'll cut a single 50mm × 50mm piece if that's what you need.
Can I get custom shapes beyond rectangles?
Currently we support rectangles with holes and rectangular cutouts. L-shapes and custom polygons coming soon—email us if you need this now.
What tolerance can I expect?
±0.5mm on all dimensions. Holes within ±0.3mm of specified diameter and position.
Do you ship nationally?
Yes—metro delivery in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane is 2-3 days. Regional areas 4-6 days.
Can I pick up instead of delivery?
Yes, if you're near one of our partner facilities. Select pickup at checkout and we'll arrange collection.
What if the sheet arrives damaged?
We inspect and pack carefully, but if damage occurs in transit, email a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement.
