Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Snap Shape's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Snap Shape provides custom plastic sheet cutting services, including:

• Online configuration and design tools
• Precision CNC cutting of acrylic and polycarbonate sheets
• Optional edge polishing and finishing services
• Delivery or pickup options in Perth, Western Australia

Orders and Pricing

Quotes: All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Order Confirmation: Orders are subject to acceptance. We will send you an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

Pricing Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.

Payment: Payment is required before manufacturing begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Manufacturing and Tolerances

Precision: We maintain manufacturing tolerances of ±0.5mm for dimensions and ±0.3mm for hole positions.

Material Variations: Natural variations in plastic materials may occur. Colors may vary slightly from digital representations.

Custom Orders: All orders are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery Areas: Currently serving Perth, WA. Other Australian states coming soon.

Delivery Times: We aim for fast turnaround, typically within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary.

Pickup: Pickup is available at our partner facilities during business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm).

Shipping Damage: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns and Refunds

Custom Products: As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective Products: If your product is defective or does not match your approved specifications, contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Design Errors: We are not responsible for errors in your design specifications. Please review your design carefully before confirming your order.

Liability

Snap Shape's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:

• Consequential damages or losses
• Installation errors or improper use
• Damage occurring after delivery
• Delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control

Intellectual Property

All content on the Snap Shape website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Snap Shape and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Your design specifications remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

Safety and Use

Plastic sheets should be installed and used according to appropriate safety standards. We recommend:

• Professional installation for large or complex pieces
• Appropriate safety equipment when handling sheet materials
• Following manufacturer guidelines for your specific application
• Not using materials beyond their rated specifications

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
